"Though still relatively new to the organization, AWC has given me a new perspective and expanded notion of what it means to be a 'role model.' Here I’ve met many women who provide strength, knowledge and support, not necessarily my superiors but peers – all ages, all backgrounds, all industries. It’s empowering and gratifying to be surrounded by such warm and talented individuals."
